Shipping Information: We only ship to the 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. In-stock orders going to the U.S. or Puerto Rico ship within 1-3 business days (may be 3-6 days during peak seasons such as Christmas). UPS or US Postal Service will be used on all orders being shipped inside the United States. We will use USPS Priority for all orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Out of Stock items: If an item is out of stock you will be sent an email with the estimated time of arrival (ETA) and you can decide if you want to wait or cancel. 

Shipping Rates: The shipping rates are based on the actual UPS rates by weight. If only ordering 1 item you may pick the lower fixed rate of $8.00 this will ship by the best available rate usually 1 pound or less.

Return Policy: If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, you may return it for a replacement, exchange, or refund. If you do receive a damaged item, please contact NCAA Fans Shop via email or phone within 10 days of receipt for an RMA number. Please have your invoice ready for reference. You must have an RMA number to return items. Items returned are subjected to a 20% restocking fee. All items must be returned in the original packaging. If you receive the wrong item a UPS return slip may be issued and the correct item will be sent.
